What was the process like before Attendify?
We provided paper and digital time sheets to the providers, who would fill in the children’s names and hours of care and submit them. We then manually calculated the parent charge and provider pay from the information and entered it into a spreadsheet to track the funding totals.

What problems or challenges did you face with your old system, and how did those issues impact your day-to-day work?
It was a huge pain! Some of our providers would send the time sheets late or forget altogether. If there was an error, correcting it was time-consuming due to the back-and-forth. Some providers would also spell names incorrectly or only write the first name. Imagine us trying to figure out which of the 5 Michaels or Johns they had in care!

How was your experience with the setup and onboarding process, and were there any parts that turned out to be easier than expected?
The setup was simpler than I thought. Some providers were able to pick up the system easily, some took a little longer and a couple are just not able to grasp it. Technology is not their friend. We are still learning how to make the most of the system.

Which features of Attendify do you use most often—such as billing or attendance, and how have they helped you or your staff save time and stay organized?
We use the attendance record tracking the most. It is extremely helpful to be able to check attendance any day without having to interrupt the provider's day. Completing subsidy attendance records is easier as we can predict using Attendify the attendance at the end of the month even though the record has yet been submitted to by the providers.

What do you love most about the platform?

It’s simple to navigate. Very clean interface and a very much organized.
