The experience with Attendify

Before Attendify

Providers used to email their timesheets and invoices at the end of each pay period. We printed everything and tried to process it all in one sitting. When something was missing or hard to read, we had to email or call the provider back. If someone forgot to send their invoice, we couldn’t run their pay that week and everything slowed down for our small team of 2

Getting started

Switching to Attendify was simpler than we expected. We got clear, step-by-step help from Attendify staff, plus training sessions for our home child-care providers so they could learn the system without guessing.

What changed

Now we mainly use the attendance module. Home visitors can see who is in care before they walk into a home. The office can also start payroll work before the day even ends. And if a provider forgets to send an invoice, we can still push it through, we don’t have to wait on an email to get people paid.

The part that matters most

We like being able to see attendance in real time and to keep payroll moving without chasing people. It has removed a lot of the back-and-forth and last-minute stress.
