From heavy workloads to effortless organization
What was the process like before Attendify?Before Attendify, our payroll process was much more challenging. We received all timesheets at once, which made the workload overwhelming and created a lot of stress each pay period. There was also significantly more paperwork to manage, slowing us down and increasing the risk of errors. With Attendify, we can now work week by week, stay organized, and complete tasks far more efficiently. The entire process is smoother, less time-consuming, and much more manageable overall.
What problems or challenges did you face with your old system, and how did those issues impact your day-to-day work?
With our old system, the biggest challenges were the volume of paperwork and the fact that all timesheets arrived at once. This created a heavy workload in a very short period of time, which often led to stress, time pressure, and a small chance for mistakes. It was difficult to stay organized, and managing payroll took much longer than it should have. These issues impacted our day-to-day work by pulling focus away from other important tasks and slowing down our overall workflow. It wasn’t an efficient process, and it made payroll weeks especially overwhelming.
How was your experience with the setup and onboarding process, and were there any parts that turned out to be easier than expected?
Our setup and onboarding experience with Attendify was very smooth. The platform was straightforward to learn, and the support we received made the transition much easier than expected. Tasks we assumed would be time-consuming—like setting up providers, organizing schedules, and learning the new workflow.
Which features of Attendify do you use most often—such as billing or attendance, and how have they helped you or your staff save time and stay organized?
The features we use most often are attendance tracking and billing. Having everything in one system saves us a significant amount of time and keeps our workflow much more organized.
What do you love most about the platform?
Everything we need is in one place, the layout is easy to navigate, and tasks that used to take a lot of time—like checking attendance, organizing records, or preparing for billing—are now quick and straightforward.
