What was the process like before Attendify? 
As a We a wee watch franchise and we have used an internal software called wee tracker to manage our attendance from providers. Although it was pretty decent it did not offer the end-to-end especially direct billing to the parents of the kids we served.

What problems or challenges did you face with your old system, and how did those issues impact your day-to-day work?
The old system was not in real-time and was very limited in functionalities. Our major need was being able to find the right records and bill the parent without having to do a lot of spreadsheet calculations.

How was your experience with the setup and onboarding process, and were there any parts that turned out to be easier than expected?
The support team was fantastic in getting us started and moving along. It was as simple as Zoom calls with our core team and providers, and in no time, we were up and running.

Which features of Attendify do you use most often—such as billing or attendance, and how have they helped you or your staff save time and stay organized?
We use Attendify daily. So do our providers, and I can’t emphasize how great the billing to parents is! It has enabled seamless communication and kept parents organized for when payments are due. The real-time attendance feature is especially helpful for our home visitor team, ensuring that the children they need to visit are present.
