What was the process like before Attendify?
Before we adopted Attendify, providers had to manually fill out their care logs on paper, take photos of them, and send them in. We then had to print them, which resulted in a significant amount of wasted paper. When COVID-19 hit, we stopped printing them and saved the paper, but this didn’t significantly improve our situation. Switching to email resulted in multiple trails, making downloading and sorting information time-consuming and frustrating. However, Attendify completely changed the process, simplifying it and making it much easier to track all of our data without relying on email or paper trails.

What problems or challenges did you face with your old system, and how did those issues impact your day-to-day work?
The old paper and email system was very time-consuming. At that point, there was no way to ensure that the math regarding our rates matched what the provider was expecting. This led to a lot of back-and-forth regarding payroll that could have been avoided with a better system in place!

How was your experience with the setup and onboarding process and were there any parts that turned out to be easier than expected?
The set up took a little bit of time to learn but anything new has a bit of a learning curve. The support team was/is very responsive when I send a request and very helpful working through any needs that don't seem to be working.

Which features of Attendify do you use most often—such as billing or attendance, and how have they helped you or your staff save time and stay organized?
We use the attendance section as of now and the weekly report. Having the attendances organized in one place definitely streamlines the process. Parents are now also receiving a copy of the weekly billing to ensure any discrepancies can be dealt with right away.

What do you love most about the platform?
 I love how clear the information is to see. The system is as good as you make it. The more information the better when setting the rates.
